Registration Entitlement

1. Upon payment of registration fees, delegates have access to the conference venue for scientific sessions and other meetings/events from 16-20 July 2023.

Registration Process and Payment

1. Participants can register via the online registration system and pay via bank transfer or credit card. More details, including the deadlines for early bird rate and regular fees, can be found on the ISI WSC 2023 website and the registration page. Fees are in the Euro currency.
2. In order to enjoy the early bird rate, full payment of registration fees must be received by 17 April 2023. An e-mail confirming the registration will be sent upon full payment of the registration fee.
3. Payment is due within 28 days from date of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made with Worldspan. If one registers after 3 March 2023, payment must have been received before 17 April 2023 in order to enjoy the early bird rate.
4. For payments made by credit card, the amount reflected in the credit card statement will be in the currency of the credit card. In the confirmation e-mail, the amount paid will be shown in Euros.
5. For the WSC 2023 and for promotional purposes, video recordings and images will be taken during the ISI WSC 2023.
6. As a participant of the ISI WSC 2023, you consent to the publication of your name and country of residence in the list of participants and consent to contact from ISI about this and future events.

Liability

1. The event organiser reserves the right to make changes were deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to Dutch Law and the competent court is in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

The 64^th ISI World Statistics Congress will take place in Ottawa, Canada, from 16-20 July 2023.

1. Refund Policy: If you can no longer attend the WSC 2023 in Ottawa, Canada, please note our refund policy:  
    

2. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to ISI WSC 2023 event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organisation.
3. In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to ISI WSC 2023 event hosts or any other organisation or individual associated with the event organisation.
