Registration

Your Registration Fee includes the morning and afternoon comfort breaks with coffee and tea served. Lunch is available for purchase in the food court of the Rideau Centre shopping centre, which is easily accessible from the Shaw Centre. There are many restaurants in the area (walking distance) and a map will be made available soon.

In order to receive the reduced registration fee for ISI & ISI Association members, individual and organisational members must have paid the 2023 membership fee. For organisational members, please contact the ISI Permanent Office to find out the number of employees who may register for the ISI & Association member fee.

Fees

Early bird fee is from 1 November 2022 - 31 March 2023. Regular registration fee is from 1 April - 15 June 2023. Payment must be received before these dates. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more detailed information. 

*The Retired member categories only apply to current ISI and ISI Association members. If you are not a member but retired, you will pay the Non-member registration fee that is applicable to your country of residence.

**A full-time Student must be enrolled at an educational institution for the academic school year(s) 2022-2023.

***Accompanying Person includes access to: Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, ISI & ISI Associations' Awards Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, exhibition area access including refreshment breaks.

Accompanying Persons of current ISI elected and regular members may also attend the ISI members' reception.
