    Abstract

Climate change and its impact represent a significant challenge to policymakers, businesses, industry, and the environment. These impacts affect ecosystems, the economy, society, and human health.
Although climate change analysis has drawn the growing attention of several authors and international organizations, it is facing several statistical challenges. Climate change challenges include Data unavailability, the need for new or updated statistical techniques or methods, lack of trained Statisticians who deal with climate change analysis, and software appropriate for growing data volumes and diversity.
The proposed session sheds light on the climate change challenges with application to Egypt. Moreover, several solutions are suggested and discussed.
