The ultimate goal of this proposed strategy is to produce specific effectiveness and efficiency that can contribute to convey a right message in a right way to the right persons and to achieve the higher interests of the state too. Undoubtedly the Government directs all tools and efforts to reach desired goals and expected future possibilities to achieve prosperity, and to act on implementing goals of “Egyptian vision 2030” and how these investments and national projects will have a direct impact on human capital development to change future generations characteristics, to be able to anticipate future problems and to explore more alternatives, in a world of complexity and uncertainty about future as well as in a context where any achievement is often misunderstood and misinterpreted, within the complex challenges that face our entire society. Human security pillars represent the infrastructure on which the ratifications of human, social and national security are based, including trails achievement of well-being aspects that government done for an appropriate condition of green environment in its comprehensive concept and taking into consideration the impact on economic and social dimensions. In context of these pillars, we acknowledge that policies are general guidelines frameworks and procedures are derived down of policies that act of how we can achieve goals. Quantitative and qualitative indicators are tools of determining implementation rates and evaluating the efficiency of measures that have been committed by strategies, to support and activate development process. It has become clear that facing contemporary and future challenges stems from a strategic vision of comprehensive and sustainable development that can achieve human security theory's pillars, the main approach here is that we can monitor this transitional phase, that can meet the proposed strategic objectives of "Human Security Theory". By adopting rational development policies and raising awareness of revenues of developing projects undertaken by the Egyptian state. Although there have been many global variables affecting emergence of many challenges that led to more other requirements, so it will lead us to discuss the most important aspects that have been achieved in context of human security comprehensive theory through pursuing sustainable development goals.
